There is nothing like freshly picked Georgia peaches. I stop for these ripe beauties at least once a week while they are in season at either the orchard close to me or at one of the main roadside vendors in the area. Yesterday, I visited Thomas Orchards and Nursery down the road from my house and bought a small basket of fruit to last me a few days. When I got them home, I decided to photograph their beauty. Bellini
2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
1 bottle very cold Presecco
* Process the peach pulp to form a puree. Pass through a sieve. In flute, add 1 part puree and 2 parts Prosecco. Serve immediately.
